Do you teach your children that evolution is a lie? Do you tell them that they did not evolve from animals? Have you ever considered that your language may be telling them otherwise?

When we speak of our offspring, what is the most common term we use? Kids, right? Have you ever looked that word up in the word of God? I challenge you to do so. I believe you will find that this defines the offspring of an animal. Never do you find this word referring to human offspring. They are called children.

Still not convinced? Let us consider another one. Do you remember when you had smaller children? Perhaps you do now. Where did they sleep at night? Did you by chance call it a "crib"? Now, have you ever looked up that word in the Bible? I think you will find this refers to a home for animals.

We may tell our children that we do not believe in evolution, but our language says otherwise. God help us to use biblical language and teach our children to do the same!
